Episode 1: The Heart Chakra
In this episode, we explore the energies of the heart, the location of the fourth/heart chakra, and the significance of the heart center in the energy system. How do we expand love, connection, and wholeness in our lives? We dive into these questions through our lesson, breathing exercises, and extended meditation.
Episode 2: Energetic and Physical Heart Health
In this episode, we explore energetic and physical heart health. What actions, both internally and externally, support a healthy heart? We learn how energetic and physical health are intertwined. We practice breathing techniques and extended meditation that specifically support heart health. We wrap up class with time for reflection and a heart-centered mindfulness exercise.
Episode 3: Full Moon Celebration and Gratitude
In this episode, we celebrate the full moon and practice gratitude for all of life’s gifts. We explore what a gratitude practice might look like for you, especially as it relates to having gratitude for yourself. We use full moon expansive energy to spread love from our hearts out into the world. We practice breathing from the heart.
Episode 4: Building A Forgiveness Practice
In this episode, we talk about the value of creating a forgiveness practice. This is our final class in our heart chakra series; practicing forgiveness, first and foremost with ourselves, is the pathway to experiencing deeper love in our lives. As we release past hurts, we’re more fully able to embrace the present because we’re no longer focused on changing the past.
