Episode 1: Open in Body
In this episode, we use our breath to awaken the body. Together, we explore the body’s energy field using various techniques that will open up all your senses. We connect deeply with our sensory system, building our body awareness.
In our final breathing exercise, you’ll learn how to receive and send energy through your hands. This is a powerful skill that will teach you so much about your own energy system. Through this practice, we learn that we all have the ability to shift and change our energy.
Episode 2: Open Mind
In this episode, we cultivate an open mind. All of us have thousands of thoughts per day, most of them non-resourceful. We’ll show you how to rest softly in the space of your neutral mind, where a whole world of calm lives.
In your extended meditation, you’ll use visualization and breathing techniques that’ll help you release your thoughts. You’ll be invited to think of your thoughts like the waves of an ocean, coming and going.
Below the surface of the mind, in other words, below the conscious mind, is where the neutral mind lives. In the neutral mind, we access calm, connection, and understanding.
At the end of class, we’ll practice sending and receiving energy through our hands.
Episode 3: Open Heart
In this episode, we embrace an open heart. We must let go of where we grip, grasp, or resist. When we soften those areas in our body and life, everything shifts. Join us to open up to the energy of the heart.
In our opening breathing exercise, your breath becomes the ocean. The sound of your breathing is an ocean wave. This is a very calming exercise to ground you into your practice.
In our extended meditation, we expand heart energy in all directions. You’ll use a breathing technique to release tension and tightness. You’ll use a visualization technique to radiate love.
In our final breathing exercise, we’ll practice receiving and sending energy through our hands.
