In part one of our Meditation for Life eCourses, you’ll practice mindfulness and meditation through the lens of metaphysical principles. What is energy? How does energy work and how can you use it to reduce stress, manage anxiety, and feel your best? Spoiler alert: we’ll teach you and show you how.

In part one of our Mediation for Life Series, we’ll guide you through four foundational lessons:
What even is mindfulness?
There’s a difference between mindfulness and just “being chill.” And yes, we’re all capable of applying mindfulness to our lives, no matter our chill level. You’ll learn how to apply mindfulness to real world scenarios, with all the complexities and nuances the real world brings. You’ll develop a consistent meditation practice with the help of original guided meditations.
The thinking mind
Learn how to deal with your upstairs roommate, a.k.a. your thoughts. You’ll start to notice your thoughts from a different, more neutral perspective. You’ll discover that you aren’t your thoughts, but rather the witness to them (and why that’s important).
Feel what it’s like to be present in your physical body. In this part of the course, you’ll really begin to embody the concepts you’re learning. Grounding will help you deepen your breath, soothe anxiety, and discern between what you can control and what you can let go.
The neutral mind
Remember how we said that we all have thousands of thoughts per day? Cultivating a neutral mind helps us navigate our thoughts with much more ease and awareness. Imagine feeling free from the impulse to assess and judge every. single. thing. What a relief!
